Notbot is a WhatsApp marketing platform and chatbot service that lets businesses send WhatsApp broadcast messages, build chatbots, automate tasks and notifications, and manage contacts and campaigns in a CRM from one web dashboard. It is aimed at businesses that sell to, support and notify their customers inside WhatsApp.
The platform runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, and the vendor presents that as the reason its messages are delivered reliably.
Notbot is also a build service, not only software. The company's own startup-profile timeline says that in January 2022 it moved into consultancy and extended its chatbot and automation services to Facebook, Telegram, Slack, Discord and Zapier. Many bots on its site, from ticket booking to KYC checks, are shown as projects built for clients.
A company profile written in the firm's own voice names Surjal Services Pvt. Ltd. as the legal entity, with headquarters in Sikar, Rajasthan, India, a 2020 founding date, a B2B model and fewer than 10 employees. On its product pages Notbot states figures of 500+ chatbots developed, 150+ enterprise clients and 5M+ conversations; these are the company's own numbers and were not independently verified.
The main caveats are that the pricing page contradicts itself on trial length and add-on prices, that no privacy policy or terms could be opened from the pages checked, and that no independent review score could be verified.
The homepage groups the product into five modules: Chatbot Builder, Advance CRM, WhatsApp Official API, Unified Team Inbox and Automation Builder. Because chats and captured leads are stored in the same CRM, bot conversations, broadcasts and the human inbox all draw on one contact base.
Notbot markets its bots as AI WhatsApp chatbots, and one demo description says its KYC chatbots use AI and NLP to interact with users, collect details and verify identity. The builder itself is described in terms of workflows, lists and buttons, and the pages checked do not name an underlying AI model or explain how AI-generated replies are configured.
The CRM is the contact hub: teams organize and segment contacts, create custom fields to save chatbot responses, and oversee campaigns, triggers, mass broadcasts and channels from the same place. Listed CRM tools include audience segments, canned replies, campaign management and contact import.
Several people can work the same WhatsApp number at once: the multi-agent team inbox lets multiple users collaborate in real time using just one number.
The drag-and-drop automation builder automates tasks and workflows to eliminate repetitive work. Teams can create custom webhooks or connect apps so that leads are captured automatically in the CRM. The homepage says users can connect 20+ apps and automate up to 60% of their tasks; a different product page gives a much larger integration count, covered under Limitations.
For product sellers, Notbot supports WhatsApp catalogs and a cart, and says a catalog can be built in just 10 minutes.
The steps below combine Notbot's product descriptions into a typical rollout; they are not an official onboarding checklist.
Notbot says it builds chatbots for all purposes and industries. Its chatbot page lists bot types for appointment, restaurant, doctor, car wash and pool game booking, real estate, education, KYC verification, stock market information, ticket booking and e-commerce.
One demo shows a WhatsApp chatbot for Aadhaar and PAN card KYC, guiding users from a welcome message through Aadhaar, PAN card, bank account and UAN verification steps. Such a bot handles sensitive identity data.
For a Maldives travel agency, all leads generated through Instagram ads were directed to WhatsApp, where a chatbot answered their questions on packages, reservations and itinerary ideas. The chatbot automatically added each lead's details to a Google Sheet for the sales team to follow up. Notbot reports that the setup raised conversion by 35% and revenue by 6x; these are vendor-published results.
For a Bengaluru pet-treat bakery, customers could place orders on WhatsApp and get round-the-clock live support, along with order and payment notifications and a way to send feedback.
Another demo shows a WhatsApp chatbot built for an Oman-based hotel that answers tourists' questions on currency, transport, language, visas and landmarks.
Notbot sells to businesses rather than consumers. Its startup-database profile lists e-commerce, education and media as client segments, and startups through large enterprises as target companies, with a global target geography.
It is a weaker fit for buyers who need published data-processing terms before sending customer data to a vendor, a clear annual price, or independent reviews to compare against the vendor's own case studies, since none of these could be confirmed for this page.
Notbot is used through a web dashboard and delivers conversations through the WhatsApp Business API; no Notbot mobile app was found in this check, and a Google Play listing under a Notbot package name returns a not-found page.
Notbot lists four tiers in US dollars, and the default view of the pricing page shows monthly prices for the paid plans.
| Plan | Price shown | What the plan card lists |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 $/Mo | 3 social profiles and 1 user |
| Standard | $49/month | Chatbot builder, email support and limited integrations |
| Advanced | $99/month | Chat + email support, unlimited integrations and unlimited custom fields |
| Notbot | Custom | Unlimited channels, with 9$/mo per additional number |
The page header and the paid cards say Notbot is free for 14 days with no credit card required. The FAQ on the same page answers that it can be tried for free for 30 days, so the two trial lengths conflict and the page does not say which applies.
Annual billing is unclear. The page also carries an alternative Standard card labelled "per user/month (Billing annually)" at $149 with 10 social profiles and a 30-day trial, which does not line up with the monthly Standard card, so no reliable annual price can be read from the page.
Plan cards list "Template Message APIs" and "Message/minute" as features. In the pages checked, Notbot does not say whether WhatsApp's own messaging fees are included in the plan price or billed separately.
Notbot's own footer frames the competition: a "Why Notbot?" list names Interakt, Wati, AiSensy and LimeChat as comparison targets. The points below come from three of those competitors' own homepages as of October 5, 2026 (LimeChat was not checked); none was tested side by side with Notbot.
Choosing between them mostly comes down to service model and channel mix: Notbot's draw is custom bot building and booking-style flows, while the competitors' homepages put more weight on self-serve onboarding and extra channels such as Instagram and voice.
The largest risks with Notbot come from what its own pages leave unresolved rather than from a missing feature.
In the pages checked, Notbot does not publish a reachable privacy policy, terms of service or refund policy. The footer "Terms" and "Privacy Policy" items do not open a document, and both the "Limited Use Disclosure" link and a cancellation-and-refund-policy address that still appears in web search results return a not-found page. Its bots collect contact details and, in the KYC example, Aadhaar, PAN and bank account data, yet data retention, storage location and any use of conversations for AI training are not addressed in any document found.
There is a Free tier listed at 0 $/Mo, limited to 3 social profiles and one user. Paid plans start at $49 per month for Standard. The pricing page offers a free trial but states both 14 days and 30 days, so the trial length is unclear.
Notbot offers to handle the application, but only for registered businesses on the WhatsApp Business API that hold a yearly Notbot subscription and have some press coverage. Its stated 90% success rate is the company's own figure.
None could be opened from the pages checked: the footer Terms and Privacy Policy items do not lead to a document, and the Limited Use Disclosure page returns a not-found error.
Yes. Besides the self-serve builder, Notbot offers to build customized chatbots, and its demo library includes booking, KYC, real estate and e-commerce bots built for clients.
