JustCall is a cloud phone system for sales and support teams that puts business numbers, calling, dialers, texting, call recording, AI transcription and coaching, and an AI Voice Agent into one workspace. JustCall positions itself as an AI communication platform for sales and support teams, with one platform for every call, text, and follow-up.
JustCall is a product of SaaS Labs US, Inc. In January 2022, independent tech press reported that SaaS Labs had raised $42 million in a Series B round led by Sequoia Capital India.
Three facts shape most buying decisions: prices are per license with a two-license floor, the included call, SMS, and transcription allowances depend on the billing region you pick, and AI Voice Agent minutes are priced per minute, although official pages describe that packaging differently.
Plans build on each other. Team covers the phone system, messaging, and integrations; Pro adds outbound and routing tools; Pro Plus adds most AI coaching features; SalesPro is a separate suite for high-volume dialing.
The homepage cites 70+ native integrations, including HubSpot and Salesforce. The pricing page instead lists 100+ CRM and data integrations on plan cards and 80+ native integrations in its FAQ, alongside APIs and webhooks for custom-built CRMs. The counts differ across official pages.
Setting up an account mostly involves choices about region, texting registration, recording rules, and AI coverage.
The examples below are vendor-published case studies and positioning, not independent measurements.
JustCall's own guidance is to keep the AI agent away from emotionally distressed callers, legally sensitive conversations, and card payments at first.
It is a weaker fit for solo users, who still pay for two licenses, and for operations that plan to run call-center or telemarketing volume on "unlimited" minutes; both points are covered under Pricing and Limitations.
JustCall pricing is per license (seat), and every plan requires at least two licenses, so there are no single-seat plans. Prices are per user per month, and the pricing page shows annual billing by default.
| Plan | USD annual | USD monthly | AUD annual / monthly | GBP annual / monthly |

EUR billing was added on June 1, 2026, but the help center's price table still shows only USD, AUD, and GBP, so euro plan prices are not shown here.
Team plan allowances differ sharply by region: per license each month, US accounts get unlimited outbound minutes, 500 SMS segments, and unlimited AI transcription, while AU and UK accounts get 1,000 outbound minutes, no SMS segments, and 2,000 transcription minutes. On Pro, the SMS allowance is 1,000 segments per license in the US and 500 in AU and the UK. On the UK Team bundle, transcription beyond 2,000 minutes per agent per month costs $0.025 per minute.
Minutes, transcription time, and SMS segments are pooled across all users on the account. The SMS allowance covers one-on-one messages only; bulk SMS, workflow automations, and SMS bots are not covered by it. Unused SMS segments expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over. Bundles also exclude inbound routes costing $0.02 per minute or more, inbound toll-free calls, and call forwards to external numbers. Anything outside the bundles is paid from prepaid JustCall credits. Calls are billed per minute with a one-minute minimum, and SMS per 160-character segment.
JustCall publishes migration paths from Aircall, Kixie, RingCentral, Dialpad, CloudTalk, and Quo, plus dialer tools such as PhoneBurner, Orum, and Nooks. Seat minimums are one of the clearest differences among close rivals:
JustCall's two-license floor therefore sits between CloudTalk's single license and Aircall's three users.

Yes. Existing numbers can be ported to JustCall, which the company says happens without service interruption.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and annual plans are charged upfront. Refunds are limited to duplicate payments and charges made by mistake after cancellation. On full closure, unused credits are forfeited and call logs, SMS history, and settings are permanently deleted. As an alternative to cancelling, an account can be hibernated for about a 70% lower subscription cost.
