What is AIPRM?

AIPRM is a Chrome extension that works inside ChatGPT and Claude, adding a library of ready-made prompt templates plus tools for saving, organizing and sharing your own. Instead of writing every instruction from scratch, you pick a template, type a keyword, title or URL, and the extension fills the template and sends the finished prompt to the chat.

The company describes the product as a prompt management tool and community-driven prompt library for marketing, sales, operations, productivity and customer support work, with ready-to-use prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, GPT Image and other models.

AIPRM is operated by AIPRM, Corp., and the company states that AIPRM, Corp. is not affiliated in any way with OpenAI Inc., which operates ChatGPT. Prompts run inside your own ChatGPT or Claude session, so an account with one of those services is a prerequisite rather than something AIPRM supplies.

AIPRM calls itself the ultimate time saver for ChatGPT and other AI models and says it is trusted by over 2 million users. The free edition opens thousands of community prompts, while paid versions add lists, teams, AIPRM Verified Prompts and more.

Core features

AIPRM's features fall into four groups: a shared prompt library, tools for building your own templates, controls that shape the model's output, and shortcuts that pull web content into a prompt. Plan limits apply to most of them.

Community prompt library

  • Community prompts: The public ChatGPT prompt library holds templates that users have published and voted on. AIPRM notes that these community templates have not been engineered or tested by its own team.
  • Search and ratings: The library combines community-driven quality ratings with search by keyword, category or model.
  • Model tagging: Prompts can be tagged and filtered by model, which AIPRM pitches as a fix for prompt drift when a template written for one GPT model underperforms on another.
  • Upcoming prompts: A newly published public prompt stays an "Upcoming Prompt" until it collects at least 5 up-votes from other users; most users can hold only one prompt in that state, and higher plans allow more.
  • AIPRM Verified Prompts: A small premium collection for Pro users and above, which AIPRM says is actively maintained and tested across multiple inputs and AI models.

Your own prompt templates

  • Private prompts: You can write custom prompt templates, keep them in lists that only you can access, and reuse them yourself or with your team.
  • Variables: Templates can carry several variables, either free-text inputs or drop-down menus with preset values, so one template can be reused across projects.
  • Lists: Favorites and hidden prompts each occupy a private list; AIPRM Pro's 5 private lists are split into 1 Favorites list, 1 Hidden list and 3 custom lists.
  • Prompt forking: An Elite feature that copies any public prompt into a private version you can edit while the original stays unchanged.

Output controls

  • Language: English is the default output language, with dozens of other languages to choose from.
  • Tone and writing style: The free plan offers limited tones and two writing styles, while paid plans unlock more than 15 tones and extra styles such as academic, journalistic and creative.
  • Custom profiles: A saved biography of you or your company can be applied automatically to any prompt, so the model gets that context without copy-pasting.
  • Power Continue: An extended continue button with actions to expand, simplify or shorten the output; from AIPRM Pro, these actions can be customized.

Web input and shortcuts

  • Live Crawling: Crawls one exact URL and feeds its content into the prompt as text or HTML source, instead of relying on whatever a search engine returns.
  • AIPRM Everywhere: Highlight text on any web page and submit it into a ChatGPT prompt, or start a prompt straight from the browser's address bar.
  • Custom GPTs: Browse Custom GPTs and manage prompts attached to a specific GPT.
  • Image-tool prompts: Some templates are tuned to write prompts for image generators such as Midjourney, DALL-E and Leonardo AI.

Teams

Team owners can assign user licenses to members and share selected prompts and prompt lists with the whole group, which keeps a team's AI output consistent.

Anyone can run community templates, but Verified Prompts, larger private storage, editable copies of public prompts and URL crawling sit behind paid tiers.

Guide

Setting up the extension

  1. Sign in to ChatGPT; AIPRM asks you to have an active ChatGPT account before installing.
  2. Install AIPRM from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons and confirm with Add extension.
  3. Create your AIPRM account and link it to your OpenAI or Claude account, which every user must do during setup.
  4. Open the verification email from AIPRM and confirm your address.
  5. Return to ChatGPT, where the page shows your account name in the top right corner and the AIPRM prompt tools in the center window.

Running a prompt

After you pick a template, the input field offers five settings: output language, tone, writing style, your profile information, and the keyword or title to work on. Some templates add variables as extra fields; a Facebook post template, for example, also asks for a profession type and a target post length.

Creating your own template

  1. Open the AIPRM dashboard inside ChatGPT and choose the Own tab.
  2. Click Add Private Prompt to open the prompt template form.
  3. Write the template text, including the [PROMPT] variable that AIPRM replaces with the user's input; a template without it will not work.
  4. Add a Prompt Teaser that explains what the template does and a Prompt Hint that tells users what to enter.

AIPRM use cases and examples

AIPRM's tutorial library presents 26+ hands-on use-case tutorials, from ebooks, emails and press releases to trivia games, Excel formulas and code.

  • Freelance proposals: Community prompts turn a pasted Upwork job description into a tailored proposal, and AIPRM's own walkthrough advises treating the first result as a draft rather than a finished pitch.
  • Document summaries: A summarization template takes the URL of a PDF, or of other formats such as PPT and CSV, and returns bullet-point summaries.
  • Page digests: The TLDR Live Crawling prompt extracts the content of a URL and condenses it into a few sentences presented as emoji bullets.
  • Marketing content: The extension listing highlights templates for service-page copy, social media posts, email marketing campaigns and Midjourney prompts.

Who is it for

Good fit

  • Marketers, SEOs, copywriters and support or sales staff who repeat similar ChatGPT tasks, since AIPRM's curated templates are designed for SEO, marketing, copywriting and productivity work.
  • Small businesses: AIPRM describes itself as built for small businesses and trusted by big businesses.
  • Teams that want shared prompts: a multi-seat plan works like one AIPRM Elite license whose features are shared with everyone in the business, with licenses assigned to invited members.

Poor fit

  • Organizations that buy through procurement: payment is by credit card only, except for the annual AIPRM Enterprise plan, and AIPRM does not handle vendor forms, security audits or other typical enterprise-contract requirements.
  • Firefox and iPhone users, who have no supported version.
  • People who rely on other ChatGPT extensions, because AIPRM does not support running them alongside it.
  • Buyers who want to test a paid tier risk-free, because paid plans are non-refundable and AIPRM points buyers to its unlimited free version for testing.

Platforms

  • Desktop browsers: AIPRM runs as a ChatGPT Chrome extension in Chrome, Brave or Edge; there is no separate Windows version, and AIPRM warns users not to install one from third-party download sites.
  • Microsoft Edge: A dedicated Edge add-on installs in one click from Microsoft Edge Add-ons.
  • Supported chat sites: The extension supports chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com and claude.ai, and its terms list those sites plus AIPRM's own domains as the pages it can access.
  • Private windows: The extension is automatically disabled when you browse in private mode.
  • Android: Chrome for Android does not support extensions, so AIPRM points Android users to extension-capable browsers such as Yandex Browser or Lemur Browser.
  • Firefox: AIPRM is not available for Firefox and has decided not to support it at all; that help page also names KIWI browser as the Android option, unlike the Android page.
  • iPhone: There is currently no iPhone version, and AIPRM warns that an iPhone app using its name is an illegal copy.

As captured on October 5, 2026, the AIPRM for ChatGPT listing in the Chrome Web Store showed 1,000,000 users and a 3.9 out of 5 rating from 3.4K ratings. The listing showed version 1.4.8.28, updated September 4, 2026, and flags that the extension offers in-app purchases. The separate AIPRM for Claude extension showed 30,000 users and 16 ratings on the same capture date.

Pricing

AIPRM sells only in US dollars; listed prices exclude local sales taxes such as VAT, which are added at checkout, and EU reverse charge is not supported. The free version can be tested for an unlimited time before buying a plan with higher quotas.

On every plan the annual price equals ten monthly payments, in line with the pricing page's offer of two free months when buying for a year. Quotas can be stacked by buying several plans: private prompt templates and private lists add up, while list items and upcoming-prompt slots take the largest value among your plans. Upgrading means buying the bigger plan and cancelling the current one, with no pro-rata or partial refunds. AIPRM does not offer discount coupons, rebates or custom prices.

The Pro feature list includes AIPRM for Claude, while the AIPRM for Claude product page describes a free edition that opens thousands of community prompts. All paid services are delivered by AIPRM, Corp. of Delaware, US. Purchases made with OpenAI are unrelated to purchases made with AIPRM, Corp., so a ChatGPT subscription is billed separately.

AIPRM alternatives

Because AIPRM needs a ChatGPT or Claude account anyway, the baseline alternative is writing and saving prompts yourself in those tools.

  • AI Prompt Genius: A browser extension for curating your own AI prompt library that syncs across devices and is offered for free, which makes it closer to AIPRM's private-prompt storage than to its community catalog.
  • Superpower for ChatGPT: Organizes ChatGPT itself with folders, search, prompt management, notes, highlights and bulk export or delete, so it suits users whose problem is managing conversations rather than finding templates.
  • Combining tools: AIPRM says it does not support or endorse using other ChatGPT extensions in parallel and asks users to uninstall them for reliable functionality, so these tools work better as replacements than as add-ons.

Limitations

Billing and cancellation

  • No refunds: Fees are non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partial months or for unused parts of a term.
  • Silent renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, and customers will not receive any notice of auto-renewal.
  • Yearly price indexation: Fees are indexed to the European Union Consumer Price Index plus 5% per calendar year, applied at the next automatic renewal.
  • In-app cancellation only: Cancellation runs through the Stripe-operated billing portal via the Manage link; cancellations by email, phone or other channels outside the app are not accepted.

Product and support boundaries

  • No support obligation: The Terms of Use state that AIPRM has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the site or service.
  • Liability cap: AIPRM's total liability under its terms is limited to a maximum of $50.
  • Conflicting backup statements: The pricing FAQ describes AIPRM as a hosted cloud service in which the company does the backup of your data. The Terms of Use, however, say the company is not obligated to back up user content and that it may be deleted at any time without prior notice.

Privacy and data rights

  • What is stored: The extension terms say AIPRM does not store the prompts you enter, but it does store your prompt templates and like, dislike and feedback counters.
  • Account data location: Account data, namely your email, name and avatar URL, is stored in a European data center.
  • Aggregates: AIPRM aggregates and analyzes the information it collects and keeps aggregate data for an unspecified time.
  • Research use: The privacy policy allows personal information to be used for research that may be shared with third parties or published.
  • No sale: The privacy policy states that AIPRM does not and will not sell personal information.
  • Public prompts: Prompts or comments you choose to make public become visible to and usable by anyone.
  • Content license: Submitted user content is covered by an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to AIPRM, limited to including that content on the site.
  • AI training: The privacy policy and extension terms reviewed do not say whether user data is used to train AI models.
