What is LogoAI?

LogoAI is a browser-based AI logo maker that turns a business name into logo concepts and then builds brand assets around the logo you pick. The company describes today's product as an AI-native brand studio rather than a single logo generator: you describe an idea, get a logo, turn it into a living brand kit and keep creating mockups, animations and intro videos in the same place.

The current version is LogoAI 2.0, presented in a company blog post dated August 27, 2026. LogoAI says it is trusted by more than 9 million businesses, a vendor figure that was not independently verified. The company's profile on a third-party review platform lists a contact address on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

In short: paid access starts with a $10 trial that renews monthly, commercial use comes only with paid plans and without any trademark promise, and no privacy policy or terms page was reachable in the pages checked on October 4, 2026.

Core features

Logo Generator 2.0

The core tool is a multi-model AI logo generator that, in LogoAI's words, extracts your brand DNA, matches suitable styles and outputs logo designs in seconds. Concepts are generated from your business name, an optional description and the styles you select. LogoAI says they are created by AI rather than selected as finished designs from a static template library.

Logo redesign

Existing logos can be reworked instead of replaced. You upload a logo, pick a guided direction such as Simplify, Icon, Colors, Typography, Layout or Style, and optionally add notes. Each modification is sent to several image models at once, so you see distinct interpretations of the same instruction side by side and keep the one that fits.

Brand Kit

The kit also works as a standalone AI brand kit generator: upload an existing logo and AI creates brand colors, a visual style, logo mockups and brand marketing videos from it. Downloading a logo made in LogoAI opens the same Brand Kit Studio, where LogoAI assembles matching assets:

  • Brand colors: a background color plus up to three brand colors extracted from your logo.
  • Logo files: downloadable versions including a transparent PNG, a single brand-color mark and a white-on-color version.
  • Symbols and variations: a standalone symbol or favicon, a transparent symbol, an inverted-background alternative logo and a brand mascot.
  • Mockups and website concept: stationery, merchandise, signage and screen mockups, plus a landing-page concept for the brand.
  • Logo reveal and brand videos: the primary logo can be animated with a cinematic reveal, and short AI brand-intro clips can be rendered from it.

Some brand-kit assets are ready immediately, while others are generated on demand depending on the asset type.

Brand DNA and brand guidelines

Brand DNA is a written profile of what a brand stands for, who it serves and how it communicates. You start from a logo or a public website, then edit the audience, positioning, voice, colors, fonts, mission, vision and slogan before saving. A saved profile can feed AI social captions, and you can copy a brand prompt for use in other tools.

The brand guideline generator turns the logo and saved profile into a 10-page style guide. It covers a cover page, brand foundation, personality and voice, primary logo, spacing and scale guidance, color palette, typography, logo usage examples, illustrative applications and a quick reference, and it downloads as a PDF.

Design Studio

Design Studio is the image and video side of the product. The homepage names Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Flux, Veo, Kling and Runway among the image and video models available in one studio, each pre-loaded with your brand kit. Its branded tools pick up your logo, colors and fonts automatically and cover AI mockups, brand intro videos, logo animations, email signatures and business cards.

The studio also hosts general portrait effects that swap, smooth, age and otherwise reimagine an uploaded photo.

Guide

Creating a logo step by step

  1. Describe your brand. Enter your business name, then optionally add a short description of your industry, audience and preferred colors to give the AI a clearer direction.
  2. Choose logo styles. Pick a wordmark, monogram, combination mark or another style; if you are unsure, the "Surprise me" option lets the AI select two styles for you.
  3. Refine a concept in plain language. Open the concept closest to what you want and describe the change, such as darker colors, cleaner lettering or a simpler symbol.
  4. Download and continue in the Brand Kit Studio. Selecting Download opens the logo in the Brand Kit Studio, where you choose files and create matching assets for a website, business cards and social profiles. In the 2.0 workflow, downloading a selected logo first triggers a short analysis and then opens a Brand Kit workspace built around that logo. The workspace can include a generated tagline, an inferred industry and notes on the visual style.

Building a brand guideline from your logo

  1. Upload or paste a PNG, JPG or WebP logo and, if you like, add one sentence about what the business does.
  2. Browse the generated 10-page preview of logo, colors, typography, voice and purpose.
  3. Click Download to open the saved guideline, where you can edit it or export the PDF straight away. Guideline edits save automatically and do not change the shared brand profile; when the profile itself changes, the guide offers an explicit update rather than silently overwriting your edits.

LogoAI use cases and examples

The examples below come from workflows LogoAI documents for its own tools.

  • Launching a new venture: LogoAI pitches the logo maker as a way to create a visual starting point for a new business, freelance service, community project or online store, and to try several directions before committing to one.
  • Turning a sketch or photo into a mark: the image-to-logo path turns a photo, sketch or image into a personalized logo with AI.
  • Previewing the logo on real objects: mockups place a logo on photorealistic tees, signage, packaging and storefronts.
  • Briefing collaborators: the guideline PDF is pitched as a way to give a freelancer a clearer brief, onboard a teammate, or keep your own social content consistent.
  • Preparing launch posts: the brand kit produces cover banners and ready-to-post graphics such as about-us, milestone and testimonial posts.

Who is it for

LogoAI's site describes the product as made for founders and small teams. Its logo maker promises a route from a business name to a usable logo with no design experience needed. In practice it fits:

  • Founders and solo operators who want logo, palette, fonts and starter assets in one session instead of commissioning each piece.
  • Small teams that share brand rules, since saved brand profiles and guidelines are tied to a brand that owners and members can open.
  • Marketers who need on-brand images and short videos and would rather reach several image and video models through one account.

It is a weaker match for:

  • Print-led brands. The style guide supplies color values in HEX and RGB for digital use, and LogoAI says its spacing and size guidance should be checked against the original artwork, so print colors and production specifications still need a print provider.
  • Anyone who must own an exclusive, registrable mark. LogoAI makes no exclusivity or trademark promise (see Limitations).
  • One-off buyers. The current pricing page lists a trial and a monthly plan, not a one-time logo purchase.
  • Designers who want precise manual control. Edits are requested in plain language and regenerated by AI, which can alter details you did not ask to change.

Platforms

LogoAI runs in the web browser, and its logo maker is presented as a way to generate logos online in seconds. The pages checked for this review describe a browser workflow and do not mention native mobile or desktop apps.

  • Uploads for redesign: PNG, JPG or WebP images up to 10MB, or an image pasted directly from the clipboard.
  • Uploads for Brand DNA and guidelines: PNG, JPG or WebP logos up to 3 MB, with paste shortcuts on Mac and Windows keyboards.
  • Logo exports: JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG and high-resolution PNG from the Brand Kit Studio; a transparent PNG requires the background-removal tools, because saving a PNG alone does not remove the background.
  • Team access: authorized brand owners and members can open a saved guideline, and the workspace is not a public, unrestricted sharing link.

Pricing

LogoAI pricing combines a short paid trial, a monthly subscription and a credit balance that AI tools draw on. Prices below were captured on October 4, 2026, in US dollars.

OptionPriceAI creditsWhat the page lists
Free allowanceNo charge after sign-inFree allowance; daily limits apply to standard toolsPreviews may carry a watermark; unrestricted downloads need paid access
7-Day Trial$10200Branding Suite, Design Studio, unrestricted downloads
Pro$20 per month500 per monthBranding Suite, Design Studio, unrestricted downloads

The comparison page sums up the paid path as a 7-day trial at $10 with 200 credits or Pro at $20/month with 500 credits. The trial renews at $20 per month with 500 AI credits per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

The free route is narrower than the "free logos" wording on some pages suggests. Logo generation can be tried with an available free allowance after signing in, but free previews may have a watermark and unrestricted downloads require paid access. The comparison page also says logo options can be generated with no credit card required.

Credits are spent unevenly across tools:

  • Each image mockup generation costs 3 credits.
  • Generating the brand profile behind a guideline costs 2 credits, and eligible free usage follows the same daily allowance as other standard tools.
  • SVG conversion, high-resolution export and advanced background removal can use credits.
  • Brand DNA can be generated for free after sign-in, subject to daily limits; image, mockup and video tools keep their usual credit costs.

Asked whether credits expire, the pricing FAQ only says credits are available for AI generations and tools and that your balance and any cost are shown before you generate; it does not state an expiry period. Cancellation is done through a subscription management link, it stops future renewals, and access remains subject to the terms shown for your plan. No refund policy page was reachable in the pages checked.

LogoAI's own pages frame the model differently. The comparison page calls LogoAI credit-based and says no subscription is required to keep using what you have created, while the pricing page sells a trial that renews into a monthly plan.

LogoAI alternatives

Rival logo makers differ mainly in how you pay and what their pages say you own:

  • Looka offers a logo-only option alongside its Brand Kit subscription. Its pricing page promises full ownership of your logo even after the subscription ends. It also lists multiple high-res file types: PNG, EPS, SVG and PDF.
  • Recraft generates images as well as complex editable vector graphics. Its pricing FAQ is explicit about rights: paid plans grant full ownership and commercial rights for images generated while subscribed. Images made on its free plan are owned by Recraft, shown publicly in a community gallery and not licensed for commercial use.
  • Zoviz advertises human-designed logos. Its pricing page positions the Pro plan for growing businesses managing multiple brands.

Against these, LogoAI stands out for multi-model concepts, brand videos and its Design Studio, but the pages checked contain no ownership clause comparable to what Looka and Recraft publish.

Limitations

Commercial use, ownership and trademarks

  • Commercial use is a paid-plan right. Paid LogoAI plans include commercial use of generated logos on business websites, packaging, marketing materials and social profiles. The pages checked do not say whether logos made with the free allowance carry the same right.
  • Uploads are your responsibility. You are responsible for having permission to use any material you upload.
  • No exclusivity or trademark promise. LogoAI states that AI generation does not guarantee a design is exclusive or eligible for trademark registration. Its launch post adds that LogoAI 2.0 will not file your trademark paperwork.
  • Ownership is undefined. Marketing copy on the comparison pages talks about letting you own your brand instead of renting it, but the official site does not state who holds copyright in generated logos, and no terms of service page was reachable.

Privacy and data handling

  • In the pages checked, the footer shows "Privacy" as plain text without a link, and the privacy and refund addresses that search engines still index returned a page-not-found message. The official site does not say whether uploads or generated designs are used to train models.
  • For logo redesign, every refinement is saved to your results page, and LogoAI says your uploaded original stays private to your session.
  • When Brand DNA reads a public HTTPS website, it reads the homepage and, when available, a relevant About or services page. Some sites block automated access or require JavaScript, in which case a logo upload and a short business description are the fallback.

Output and workflow limits

  • AI refinement can change other details too, and LogoAI's own FAQ tells users to review each result.
  • A logo cannot reliably establish business facts or identify an exact font, so suggested fonts, mission and slogan text are recommendations, not extractions.
  • Generated mockups sit in My Results only until the result storage period shown on the page expires.

Review signals

Several tool pages display a badge reading 4.9/5 from 1,783 customers without saying where those ratings were collected. A public profile on a third-party review platform showed a score of 2.1 from 12 reviews as captured on October 4, 2026, a sample too small to support a quality conclusion either way.

FAQ

Q1. Is LogoAI free?

Partly. A free allowance after sign-in lets you try generation, but previews may be watermarked and unrestricted downloads need the trial or Pro plan.

Q2. Can I use a LogoAI logo commercially or register it as a trademark?

Paid plans include commercial use of generated logos. LogoAI does not guarantee that a design is exclusive or eligible for trademark registration, and it does not handle trademark filings.

Q3. Which file formats can I download?

JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG and high-resolution PNG; SVG conversion and high-resolution export can use credits.

Q4. What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial renews at $20 per month with 500 AI credits per month.

Q5. Does LogoAI publish a privacy policy or terms of service?

None was reachable in the pages checked on October 4, 2026, and the official site does not state who owns copyright in generated logos or whether uploads train models.
