JobCopilot is a job application automation service: after a one-time setup, an AI "copilot" finds newly posted jobs every day and autofills applications on your behalf.
The service is operated by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore.
Its team describes itself as seasoned entrepreneurs who previously ran job sites and recruitment companies, and the first version of the copilot was built for job seekers on those job sites.
The homepage headline promises "10X more Job Interviews" and says the copilot applies to jobs from 500,000+ companies worldwide; both figures are the company's own marketing claims.
Beyond submitting applications, the product bundles what the company calls "9+ must-have job search products," including a job application tracker, an AI resume builder, an AI cover letter builder and hiring-manager contact lookup.
You decide how narrowly each copilot targets roles and whether it may auto apply to jobs on its own, but the company does not promise interviews, and its largest public review profile skews negative.
The copilot answers screening questions from the CV and setup answers you provide, and the FAQ states that it "does not invent information about you."
When you review applications instead of auto-applying, the copilot remembers edits you make to its answers and adapts to your tone, so you can later switch to auto-apply and keep those preferences.
Each copilot applies with the one resume uploaded to it; automatic resume tailoring for each application is an Elite feature, and every tailored version can be reviewed and edited before submission.
The current career-sites list says any subscription can auto-apply on 54 applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job sites, covering 500,000+ companies and 5+ million jobs.
A product update dated May 25, 2026 described plans as including unlimited auto-apply across "40 Included Career Sites," so the two official pages give different counts.
The homepage says the copilot "exclusively applies to verified jobs on official company career pages," yet the included list is described as covering both ATS platforms and job sites.
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Oracle Fusion Cloud and Taleo sit on a separate "Expanded Career Sites" list because their longer, multi-step applications need more processing.
For each job applied to, you can search hiring managers by function, management level and location, then spend credits to reveal each person's email address and LinkedIn profile.
The bundle also includes AI mock interviews with a role-playing interview chatbot and AI career advisors that suggest jobs based on your skills, experience and personality.
Setting up a copilot takes four configuration steps:
If you prefer not to disclose salary, the FAQ says you can enter "1" in mandatory salary fields so that forms can still be completed.

The extension FAQ says the extension is free to install but that its auto-fill capabilities need an active JobCopilot subscription plan.
The store listing instead says the extension is free to install and use with a JobCopilot account, so the two official descriptions do not match.
JobCopilot pricing is published as two paid plans, Premium and Elite, each quoted with a "starts from" daily rate.
| Plan | Price shown | Copilots | Job matches | Plan-specific extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium | Starts from $0.93 per day | 1 | Up to 20 daily | None listed |
| Elite | Starts from $1.05 per day | 3 | Up to 50 daily | Resume tailored for every application; credits to contact hiring managers |
Both plans list automated job applications, saving applications for review, copilot training, the job application tracker, the AI resume and cover letter builders, AI mock interviews and AI career tools.
Weekly, monthly and quarterly billing periods are available, but the public pricing page shows only the per-day starting figures, not the total charged per period.
A separate Australia pricing page lists Premium at $12.90 and Elite at $18.90 per week, showing a dollar sign without naming the currency.
In public replies to customer reviews, the company says you can create an account and configure a copilot without being charged, but must select a plan and pay before the copilot starts searching and applying.
The same replies state that JobCopilot does not offer a one-week trial, that subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand, and that cancellation is available from the Subscription page in account settings.
The terms of use say refunds, including partial refunds, may be offered only if the company is notified within the first 7 days of a subscription about a technical issue that prevents proper use; later requests are not considered, and the team may extend the usage period instead of refunding.
The automation FAQ describes refunds more loosely, as possible "in cases deemed appropriate" such as technical problems, without stating the time limit given in the terms.
Comparable job-application tools differ mainly in who presses submit, which sites they cover and how they charge.
Against these options, JobCopilot's distinguishing choices are submitting through employers' own ATS and career sites rather than aggregators, daily caps tied to two paid plans, and a refund policy limited to technical issues reported within 7 days.
Those sites are not on the auto-apply list. The list covers 54 ATS platforms and job sites and says aggregators such as LinkedIn and Indeed are omitted because they draw jobs from the same employer systems.
With the Premium version, the copilot can auto-apply to up to 20 jobs per day, and the Elite version raises that limit to up to 50 jobs per day.
The company says it does not offer a one-week trial. You can set up a copilot without being charged, but it starts searching and applying only after you choose a plan and pay.
Yes, you can create a list of company names to exclude from auto-apply. Exclude keywords additionally skip jobs whose descriptions contain the terms you list.
CVs, job preferences and application data are deleted within 7 days after closure unless you remove them sooner, while payment and billing records can be kept for up to 7 years.
