Fliki describes itself as an AI video generator with an easy text to video editor, lifelike voiceovers, dynamic AI video clips and a wide range of AI-powered features. In practice it combines three jobs in one browser workspace: turning written material into finished videos, producing AI voiceover and voice clones, and presenting scripts through stock or custom avatars.
The product is operated by Nine Thirty Five LLC, the company named in Fliki's terms of use with an address in Dover, Delaware.
Credits sit at the center of every plan decision. Credits decide how much you can generate, while the plan decides which features and limits apply, and purchased top-up credits cover usage only without unlocking plan-based features.
Fliki's voice library lists 2,000+ AI voices in 80+ languages and dialects, with emotion, pacing and emphasis, for generating voiceover for any video or dubbing it into other languages.
Voice cloning works from a 30-second recorded or uploaded sample and is included on paid plans only.
The voice-cloning page says a clone made from one 30-second sample speaks all 32 supported cloning languages. The homepage FAQ instead says Fliki's voice cloning works in 70+ languages, so the two official pages give different language counts.
Fliki offers 70+ stock AI avatars, can animate a single photo and can build a custom digital twin from one video. On paid plans, an uploaded photo is turned into a talking video with synced lips, head motion and facial micro-expressions by the OmniHuman 1.5 model. Paid plans also include custom avatar creation, where a digital twin is trained on a single 2-minute video of a founder or spokesperson.
Fliki runs video, voice and image generation on models from OpenAI, Google, Kling, Bytedance, ElevenLabs and other providers, all selectable inside the same editor.
Almost every generation step draws on credits, so the order in which a project is built changes what it costs.

The monthly credit quota resets every billing cycle, and unused credits cannot be carried over to the next month.
Fliki's help center gives two different answers on buying more credits. One FAQ entry says top-up credits can only be bought with an active paid subscription and stay valid for 180 days from purchase. Another says Fliki does not offer additional credit purchases and that subscribers can instead renew early once they have used more than 90% of their credits, which also resets the renewal date to the day of the early renewal.
Upgrading mid-cycle is charged as a prorated amount for the time remaining in the current billing cycle. The help center also refers to a Basic plan that excludes the Series feature and the Explainer Video workflow; that plan did not appear in the pricing-page views captured on October 6, 2026.
Team plans assign every member a separate subscription with pooled credits, so adding two members to a $28 Standard plan raises the monthly charge to $84.
Two tools that independent reviewers and review platforms place next to Fliki differ from it on the points that most often decide a plan:
The main constraints on Fliki come from how credits are spent and from official pages that do not always agree with each other.
In an independent hands-on review published in July 2026, a free-plan test produced still images with voiceover instead of a full AI video, because the free tier does not create AI video on its own. The same review reported a one-minute export maximum at 720p on Free, whereas the pricing table captured on October 6, 2026 lists five minutes. Free accounts also face monthly fair-use caps of 10 new workflows and 50 media uploads, against 2,000 workflows and 15,000 uploads on paid plans.
As captured on October 6, 2026, Fliki's profile on a consumer review platform showed a 4.2 score from 3,041 reviews and a label stating that the company had not replied to negative reviews; the platform's AI summary of 77 recent reviews was mostly positive but noted complaints about customer service responsiveness and system errors that consumed credits unexpectedly.
Yes, on subscription plans, which carry a commercial license to all content created, provided the text content is original and free of copyright conflict. To avoid copyright claims on premium stock media, paid users must add their YouTube channel ID to their Fliki profile so partner providers can whitelist them.
Only a voice you own or one you have explicit permission to use. Fliki requires a consent step before a clone is created, forbids using cloned voices to impersonate, defraud or mislead, blocks known public-figure samples and keeps each clone tied to the account that made it.
The official sources differ. The help-center FAQ says Fliki cannot issue a refund once a paid plan has been purchased. The terms of use, however, say certain subscription refund requests may be considered case by case at the company's sole discretion.
Videos created during a paid subscription keep their commercial license after the subscription ends. Purchased top-up credits remain usable after expiry of the subscription, but the account reverts to the free plan and its limits.
