ZSky AI is a creative platform combining image generation, text-to-video, image-to-video, and an AI Creative Director powered by OpenAI. ZSky LLC operates the website, related services, APIs, and applications under its terms.
The permanent Free tier advertises unlimited image and video generation with synchronized audio. Paid plans change speed, resolution, storage, and license scope; developer requests have separate metering and limits. Public offer differences are detailed below.
The dedicated image-to-video tool has this upload-to-download flow:
ZSky AI describes these uses for its image and video tools:
Adult eligibility and safe-for-work restrictions apply; paid plans do not transfer input-rights responsibility to ZSky AI.
The browser studio needs no download. ZSky AI identifies Android package com.zskyai.app and iPhone/iPad App ID 6777188186, and says one account works across the web and both apps. Its app directory also identifies unrelated lookalikes.
ZSky MCP is a local stdio adapter for compatible clients including Claude Code and Claude Desktop. It requires Python 3.10 or newer and connects to the live API, not a separate hosted endpoint.
Despite broad geographic marketing, the terms exclude people located in, ordinarily resident in, or nationals of comprehensively US-sanctioned destinations, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine's Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, plus US restricted-party lists.
Web prices are USD, excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; native stores may localize pricing. The web pricing page lists:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing shown | Advertised distinction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Free forever | Unlimited image and video generation, HD video with sound, standard queue, wordmark on images and videos |
| Pro | $19/month | $182.40 billed today, renewing yearly | Instant generation, unlimited chat and storage, 1080p video up to 10 seconds, no wordmark |
| Max | $99/month | $950.40 billed today, renewing yearly | Pro features, dedicated GPU access, 2K/4K images and video, clips up to 30 seconds, white-label licensing |
Free needs no card and uses the standard queue at peak times. Paid storage lasts while subscribed; paid prompts and creations are excluded from training under the privacy policy.
API docs offer prepaid access without a subscription, Pro pay-per-use from the first second, and a Max allowance. Non-expiring prepaid packs are $10, $25, $50, or $100, with top-ups; no website subscription is included.
API video rates depend on requested duration, mode, and resolution; images have a separate size-based rate.
| API output | Rate described in the documentation |
|---|---|
| Fast video | $0.10/second in HD; $0.15/second in Full HD; $0.20/second in 2.5K |
| Quality video | $0.30/second in HD; $0.50/second in Full HD |
| Cinematic video | $0.70/second in 2.5K |
| Images | $0.05 each; $0.08 above 1 MP |
Max includes 3,000 video-seconds and 1,000 images/calendar month at any resolution; Cinematic seconds count double. Additional use follows those rates only with pay-per-use enabled. Included allowances reset on the first at 00:00 UTC without rollover.
Pro caps range from $5 to $1,000/month. Pro/Max pay-per-use requires a web-subscription card; native subscriptions alone cannot enable it. Max's included allowance and prepaid balances need no card.
Unused API balances have a 24-hour refund window; any use or expiry of that window makes the purchase final. New accounts are capped at $50/month for seven days after first payment; new cards at $25 auto-recharge for seven days. A bank-confirmed $50/$100 balance purchase opens full limits immediately.
Eligible new web Pro customers may receive one 24-hour trial per eligible account/linked Stripe customer. It starts on completed Stripe Checkout, requires a payment method, and converts automatically unless cancelled before the exact end. Email/device changes do not reset eligibility; conversion has no additional voluntary refund window.
Max has no web trial and charges immediately. A first direct Pro/Max purchase may qualify for a 24-hour, substantially-unused refund review only if checkout expressly offers it. Generations, downloads, premium features, storage, and compute inform the review; any successful API request ends eligibility. Failed/blocked generations are excluded. Renewals and later purchases have no voluntary refund window.
Web subscriptions renew on the disclosed price, currency, cadence, and tax unless cancelled before renewal in Account Settings > Billing. Paid access lasts until period-end, then reverts to Free without a cancellation fee. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund.
Apple/Google may separately offer three-day Pro trials under store rules. Each trial works only in its native app, not the web or other platform. Confirmed positive subscription payment may enable cross-platform paid access while valid. Store billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply.
The policy excludes voluntary compensation for outages, delays, failed/unsatisfactory generations, safety reviews, or technical errors on Free/Pro/Max. Self-serve plans have no uptime guarantee or service credits; signed enterprise terms may differ. Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or never-activated-plan charges remain reviewable.
Non-waivable rights remain, including applicable EU distance-contract withdrawal rules with service/digital-content and immediate-performance conditions, and Australian consumer guarantees. Checkout disclosure controls voluntary-refund conflicts with marketing.
Public descriptions conflict:
A machine-readable feed dated May 18, 2026 still lists a closed, grandfathered Skip the Line plan at $9/month, Ultra at $49/month ($39.20/month billed $470.40 yearly) with 16-second video, and Pro with eight-second video. Its ad-supported Free description differs from the privacy policy, which says advertising ended July 1, 2026. These dated feed entries are not confirmed new-purchase offers.
The main pricing page gives Pro up to 10-second video. The Android description gives Pro up to seven seconds and Max up to ten seconds, displaying prices as "$19.99/mo" and "$99.99/mo" without naming the dollar currency in that description.
The API landing page describes Max-only access with 300 videos and 1,000 images per month, plus optional $0.50/video and $0.05/image overage. The API docs instead describe prepaid and Pro access, video-second billing, and the allowance detailed above.
The API docs say Max is $79/month billed annually, differing from the main pricing offer above. The Global South page labels plans as $19/month Starter and $79/month Max, in USD globally.
India-specific pricing and UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and GPay checkout are described as work in progress without a launch date. Those local-payment plans are not presented there as already launched.
These are conflicting offers, not a combined entitlement.
These are competitor-authored descriptions, without price or output-quality comparisons.
Users must be at least 18 and of local majority; the terms also require legal permission to access adult content. The policy defines ZSky AI as safe for work: nudity, see-through clothing, sexual acts, explicit material, sex toys, and fetish content are prohibited in every style, including photo edits. Adult eligibility does not permit sexual content.
Photos showing or appearing to show anyone under 18 cannot be edited/animated, even harmlessly; uncertain adult-age checks prevent use. Removing/reducing clothing, adding swimwear, lingerie, or underwear, or making clothes more revealing is blocked even with claimed consent.
The content policy bans intimate/sexual imagery of identifiable public or private people even with consent. Terms Section 3 instead prohibits it without explicit documented consent. These formulations differ; they do not establish consent-based permission under the content policy.
ZSky AI may rewrite/decline references to real people, protected characters, franchises, brands, logos, or named living artists' styles. The terms call this a safety measure, not rights clearance.
The terms assign users output ownership as between them and ZSky AI, subject to compliance and applicable law, with lawful commercial use and no extra ZSky fees/royalties. This does not guarantee copyright protection.
Outputs may duplicate other users' results; uniqueness, originality, and copyright eligibility are not guaranteed. ZSky AI performs no rights clearance and offers no IP indemnification. Users retain input ownership but need copyrights, permissions, releases, and likeness/voice consents, without implying endorsement.
Free creations are public and remixable by default in Explore/community galleries. Individual hiding is free; paid libraries can be private by default. Hiding/deleting removes future public display.
ZSky AI receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable input/output license for operation, promotion, moderation, AI improvement/training, and aggregated analytics, surviving termination. Selling or individually sublicensing specific output needs separate express consent.
Free prompts/output may train AI unless opted out by email; Pro/Max/Enterprise are excluded by default with no opt-in. Opt-out is prospective and cannot extract data already in model weights. This specific paid exclusion differs from the terms' broader training-license language.
OpenAI receives chat/context, prompt-assistance requests, and selected images for AI assistance and safety screening. The website policy also discloses account, prompt, output, community, usage, device, and IP collection. Android developer declarations instead say no data collected/shared. These disclosures conflict; they are not independent privacy verification.
Free galleries retain creations for seven days; paid galleries while subscribed, reverting to seven-day rolling retention on downgrade. Backend safety copies may last 30 days post-deletion, moderation prompt logs one year, moderation-action records three years, and payment records seven years. Gallery deletion does not remove every retained record.
Data are processed in the US. For EEA/UK/Swiss transfers, the policy names the Data Privacy Framework where applicable to providers, Standard Contractual Clauses, and adequacy decisions where applicable; these are policy statements, not a compliance certification here.
The pricing matrix lists Free images at 720p, Pro at 1080p, and Max at 4K; the free-image landing page instead advertises 1080p images. These descriptions conflict.
API limits are 200 images/50 videos per account daily, resetting at midnight US Eastern, with one concurrent job. Clips are 1–10 seconds and video dimensions up to 2,560 pixels per side, distinct from web Max's longer-video advertisement.
Expired creation URLs may show ZSky-branded promotional/showcase content instead of an error. On downgrade, creations older than seven days may be deleted; links are not permanent archives.
Use Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account, then type DELETE. Successful deletion removes active-system account/user-visible creations; limited legal, safety, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may remain.
The terms specify 30-day informal resolution, individual American Arbitration Association consumer arbitration, and a class waiver. They allow written opt-out within 30 days of first acceptance, with small-claims and IP equitable-relief exceptions; enforceability is not assessed here.
