The company says it adds a lab's model when it is on par with or better than the current lineup, and that new models usually arrive within 24 hours of general availability.
Free includes limited web search. Deep Research, a paid feature, analyzes hundreds of web sources on a question and builds a structured report with citations for every claim. On Pro it analyzes up to 200 sources per report; on Max, up to 1,000.
Projects keep related chats, files and instructions together in one workspace. A knowledge base is the set of documents added to a project, which the model uses as context. The terms also list chat sharing, moving chats between projects and searching past conversations among the platform features.
Connectors link Use AI to 100+ apps like Notion, Slack, and Gmail. AI agents then use those connections to search tools, browse the web and complete multi-step tasks, which the company says always happens with the user's permission.
Paid plans include image generation with Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana 2 Lite, GPT Image 2, FLUX.2 Pro, MAI-Image-2.5, Krea 2 Medium Turbo and Krea 2 Medium. Max's faster image generation works by asking the model provider to prioritize the request, and prioritization itself is not guaranteed. Pro and Max can also create documents, PDFs, slides and sheets.
Canceling is fully self-serve with no cancellation fees, and the steps depend on where the plan was bought.
Usage shows as a percentage in the profile, and in the model picker as the limit approaches. Long chats re-send their history with every message, so later replies use more of the allowance, and the help center suggests starting a new chat per topic.

The terms of service list a fourth set of names and figures: Monthly Plan $29.99 billed every month, Power Plan $129.99 billed every month, Quarterly Plan $49.99 billed every 3 months, and Half-year Plan $89.99 billed every 6 months.
