Supawork AI is a browser-based collection of AI tools for video generation, face swapping, portrait and headshot creation, resume building and academic document translation. The site calls itself an all-in-one AI workspace that covers creation, learning and everyday problem-solving in one platform.
The service is run by Supawork Limited, which describes itself as a Hong Kong-based company operating internationally. An independent AI tool directory describes the same product the same way, listing its headshot generator next to the kissing video generator, image-to-video and resume builder. Another headshot website uses the Supawork name on a different domain; it is not the product covered here.
Two things matter most before you sign up. Each tool is its own page with its own upload form and file limits, all drawing on one coin balance. And the written policies disagree with each other: refund rules, subscription terms and upload retention differ between the pricing page, the terms, the privacy policy and individual tool pages, as the Limitations section sets out.
Supawork's face swap pages are written for entertainment and marketing. They invite users to swap their face with celebrities and describe the results as looking realistic for most videos.
Beyond media, Supawork also keeps a resume toolkit. The AI resume builder works from ready-made recruiter-oriented templates, alongside a resume checker, resume translator and an AI Apply tool that tailors resumes to job ads. The AI Scholar Translator translates PDFs of up to 50MB into more than 50 languages, accepts CSV or XLSX glossary files of up to 10MB, and lets you choose the translation engine, including ChatGPT 5.2, Google Translate, Gemini 3.0, Claude 4.5, DeepSeek-V3.2 and GLM-4.6. Writing tools include an AI detector, humanizer and paraphraser, and study tools cover maths, physics and chemistry problems.
A separate API offers face swap, face detection, watermark removal and background removal as REST endpoints. It is prepaid with no subscription, and prospective customers can contact sales for 5k free credits to test an integration.

Supawork gives new users 60 free silver coins right away, plus 30 silver coins every day. For video face swap, its comparison pages describe this as four free swaps on the first day, each up to 60 seconds, then two free swaps per day. Silver coins are separate from purchased coins: the privacy policy says unused silver coins are deducted if not used by the 7th of the following month, whereas purchased coins never expire.

The site navigation also shows a "30% OFF" badge next to the pricing link. The page does not explain what that badge applies to or how long the discounted prices last.
Coins are the unit of payment, and the number spent depends on how much computing power a tool needs. The pricing FAQ refers to a table of coin costs per image generation, but no such table appeared on the captured page. The Seedance 2.5 page is one place where the metering is spelled out: it says the displayed credit cost updates with resolution and duration. Purchased coins are valid forever.
No subscription plan is listed on the pricing page, yet its FAQ explains that you can cancel a subscription from account settings and keep access until the end of the billing cycle. The terms instead say cancellation is done by contacting support. A face swap comparison page on the same site, titled for 2025, quotes different prices altogether: packs at $9.9, $14.9, $39.9 and $99.9, and subscriptions at $19.9 per month or $299.9 per year.
The pricing FAQ promises that if a generation comes out wrong and you report it, Supawork will refund the coins used once it verifies the problem, and that it will give a prorated refund for remaining coins if you are unhappy with results. The terms say the opposite: because the services are non-tangible, no refunds are issued once an order is completed and delivered. For the API only, the API page says credits for failed tasks are refunded automatically. Invoices are available on request through support.

Deleting your account through Settings purges linked records after 7 days. The contact page adds that Supawork does not sell or use your data. However, the same privacy policy says cookies and pixel tags are used to track visitors and deliver targeted ads to some users.
The pricing FAQ says you keep full usage rights to anything you create and may use generated images and videos commercially. Individual tool pages go further: the text-to-image page promises full ownership worldwide, forever, the Seedance 2.5 page says every export includes full commercial rights, and the clothes changer grants a lifetime commercial license. None of the pages checked limit commercial use to a paid plan. The terms of use, last updated on September 8, 2024, do not address who owns generated output at all; their licence clause covers only the site's own content, for personal, non-commercial use.
The terms limit the site to users aged 18 and over and forbid illegal or unauthorised use, but the terms and privacy policy checked contain no specific rule on using another person's face. Meanwhile, the face swap pages actively suggest swapping in celebrities and friends, and the kissing video tool accepts any two separate portraits.
Several tool pages say they are free, unlimited or require no sign-up. The text-to-image page, for example, promises unlimited generations at zero cost. The pricing page, however, charges coins per task, and free use is funded by silver coins with an expiry date.
As captured on September 21, 2026, a third-party review platform showed a 2.0 out of 5 rating from 15 reviews, 86% of them one-star. That sample is too small for a quality verdict, but three reviewers made the same complaint: tools advertised as needing no login or being unlimited asked them to register or pay. One reviewer who bought coins for a face swap on a video of nearly five minutes said the swap only worked in front-facing close-ups, and that support refused a refund because the face angles were inconsistent.
