Seed Imagine combines an AI image generator and AI video generator in one browser-based workspace, so a prompt or an uploaded photo becomes a still visual or a short clip in one place. The service provides AI image generation, image editing, image upscaling, photo restoration, and, where available, text-to-video and image-to-video tools on one credit balance.
Every model in the workspace belongs to somebody else, so ownership is worth settling first. Seed Imagine is independently developed and operated, and it is not an official product of, or managed or endorsed by, any third-party AI model provider; references to third-party companies, products or model names identify technologies or compatibility only. Some requests may also be processed using third-party AI infrastructure or models, and model availability and routing may change as providers update their services.
None of the pages checked here names a legal operating entity. A vendor-issued press release identifies the operator as PixelForge LLC at a Sheridan, Wyoming address — a vendor disclosure, not a verified filing.
The platform is new: the earliest available project record introduces the creative platform on July 18, 2026, and the terms in force carry an effective date of 2026.08.21.
Every paid tier lists the same catalogue: Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, Gemini Omni Flash, Veo 3, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 and Hailuo 3.0 for video, and Nano Banana, GPT Image 2, Image Upscaler, Watermark Remover and Background Remover for images and tools. Tiers differ by credit volume, not by which models unlock, so the selector is a cost decision. Users can choose from leading image and video models in one workspace, then compare quality, speed, style, and credit cost for each project. The GPT Image 2 page states a credit cost of 10 credits per generation.
Output is configured before generation: the aspect ratio, resolution, video duration, and reference inputs are set to create content for social posts, ads, product pages, and more. Work downloads as images in PNG or JPEG at high resolution, and videos in standard formats ready to share — the one detail left vague.
Two tools run before any sign-up, the cheapest way to judge output quality. The free image generator creates free AI images instantly, with no sign up or payment, and the free video generator produces short AI videos from text or animates an uploaded image with no sign up, no login, no payment, no limits. Both run on a guest GPU allowance of 2 min/day; connecting Hugging Face raises it.
They are also less stable: if one free route is busy, the generator automatically switches to another, so the model behind a free render is not guaranteed. The documented advice is to move to the main studio for saved video history, access to stronger models, and a more stable workflow.
The documented build scope is commercial rather than artistic: AI image generation from prompts, short AI video generation from text or images, watermark and object removal, background cleanup and visual retouching, creative assets for ads, social posts, and ecommerce.
Credits are shared across image generation, video generation and canvas editing. Three billing choices are offered — Annual with a stated saving of 20–40%, Monthly, and One Time — with cancel anytime alongside them. Only the annual cards render without interaction, so the table shows the annual tier and its struck-through monthly reference.
| Annual plan | Credits/year | Stated estimate | Annual price | Monthly reference | Billed yearly | Stated saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 13,200 | ≈ 1,320 images / ≈ 660 videos | $23.90/month | $29.90 | $286.80 | $72 |
| Professional | 42,000 | ≈ 4,200 images / ≈ 2,100 videos | $55.90/month | $79.90 | $670.80 | $288 |
| Enterprise | 120,000 | ≈ 12,000 images / ≈ 6,000 videos | $119.90/month | $199.90 | $1,438.80 | $960 |
Three details change the arithmetic. Credits on annual plans are issued upfront and usable at any time for 12 months, which makes the purchase a prepaid pack with a deadline rather than a monthly allowance. The plan cards state that failed generations are automatically refunded; the refund policy phrases the same rule as may. And the estimates are averages, not entitlements: a heavier model drains the balance faster than the 10 credits a GPT Image 2 generation costs.
Enterprise adds the only non-credit element: its Unlimited Creative Suite covers Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2, Background Remover and Image Upscaler without spending credits, limited to 1 image per generation and subject to a fair-use policy — uncapped volume on four image tools, not unlimited video.
Free access is not quantified. Free users get a fresh batch daily and one-time packs never expire, with credit use depending on the model, output settings, and whether the output is an image or a video. No page checked here gives the size of the daily grant, and a vendor statement adds that free daily credits are offered subject to current allowances and do not imply unlimited access to every model.
Refund terms are unusually open. A refund can be requested at any time, calculated on a proportional basis according to the unused portion of the purchased service, and the same rule covers credit packs. When a generation request fails because of a confirmed service or provider error, the credits used may be returned to the account automatically. Requests are acknowledged within 3 business days, with banks taking roughly 5-10 business days to display funds. Used credits and completed paid actions are excluded, and plans can be cancelled from the subscription page.
A third-party AI tool directory lists Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva and Leonardo AI as the main competitors and alternatives. The list is worth reading against how this platform works: it runs other companies' models rather than its own.
Third-party listings lag badly: one directory entry still shows a Basic plan at 9.9 USD with 9,600 credits per year and a Professional plan at 19.9 USD with 24,000 credits per year — figures the current plan page no longer matches.
Input ownership is clear; output ownership is conditional. Users retain ownership of permitted prompts and reference media they submit, granting only a limited licence to process that content to provide the service. Output is narrower: subject to applicable law, third-party rights, the terms and the subscription plan, eligible generated images or videos may be used for permitted personal or commercial purposes, with the user responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring no infringement of another person's rights. The watermark tool adds a condition of its own: use the cleaned result only when the image is owned or permission to edit it exists.
Not according to its own terms, which state it is independently developed and operated and not endorsed by any third-party model provider. One model page contradicts this by calling itself an official workspace for an outside brand.
Conditionally. Eligible outputs may be used for permitted personal or commercial purposes subject to applicable law, third-party rights, the terms and the plan, and the user must check that a use infringes nobody else's rights.
They are processed to complete the requested generation or edit. Temporary inference assets are deleted within 48 hours unless saved to the library, and deleted projects sit in a 30-day recycle window.
Unclear. One model page states API access is available on paid plans, while the plan comparison lists no API entry. Confirm with support before treating it as included.
