Nifty is a web-based crosslisting tool and automation service for secondhand resellers, positioned by the company as an all-in-one way to manage a reselling business end-to-end. It connects to your marketplace accounts, pulls your active listings into one inventory, helps you list the same item on more marketplaces, runs daily engagement tasks such as sharing and relisting, and calculates profit after fees.
The product was originally called Auto Posher and was renamed Nifty in 2025; the company says the new name reflects support for much more than Poshmark automation. The service is operated by Nifty AI LLC.
Nifty's pitch is that most reselling services cover automation, crosslisting or analytics, while Nifty combines all three so that, for example, automatic relists and auto-delisting run inside the same system.
The generator has two stated boundaries. If you have already written a description, the AI replaces your text rather than improving it, and it does not learn from your earlier listings, so a consistent house style has to come from the custom instructions you set.
After a sale on a connected marketplace, Nifty updates the Inventory Manager and Analytics. Auto-delisting is a separate, opt-in step: once enabled, Nifty removes the sold item's listings from your other platforms, and you can switch it on for some marketplaces and not others. For multi-quantity stock, Auto-Adjust Quantity lowers the count on every other platform when one unit sells.
Nifty runs bots for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop that share, relist, follow and send offers on a schedule. Offers can include "waterfall" follow-ups: up to 2 further offers with deeper discounts spread over 7 days, available on Poshmark, Mercari and Depop. Only new likes trigger an automatic offer, so items that already have likers need bulk offers instead. Automatic Offers also does not answer offers that buyers send you; those still have to be handled on each marketplace.
The analytics module tracks each sale, extracts marketplace fees and organizes expenses, so the profit figure reflects fees and costs rather than the sale price alone.
Ask Otto is Nifty's built-in AI assistant. On Crosslisting and Bundle plans it can search inventory, edit item details and generate profit and loss reports for any date range; any action it proposes waits until you approve it. Automation plans get a limited Otto that can answer questions about Nifty and review the account but cannot make changes.
A beta MCP connection lets you ask ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP-compatible assistant about your inventory, orders and sales in plain English. Gemini is not supported yet. Through this connection an assistant can edit titles, descriptions, prices and quantities, but it cannot create or delete items, change account settings or manage marketplace connections.
Nifty's quickstart has five setup steps, and the company says most sellers finish them in under 30 minutes. Sellers on an Automation-only plan skip the inventory steps, and Crosslisting-only sellers skip the last one.
One maintenance rule matters after setup. If you relist an item outside Nifty, for example with another tool or eBay's "end and sell similar", Nifty loses track of where the item lives, which can break auto-delisting. Relisting has to stay inside Nifty for the delisting safeguard to keep working.
Nifty describes its audience as resellers at every stage, from people listing their first items to operations managing 10,000+ active items across several marketplaces. Its own rule of thumb is to start once you are already making sales and are ready to scale.
Nifty pricing is split into Automation, Crosslisting and Bundle plans, each billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves up to 12% compared with monthly pricing.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (per month) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poshmark Automation | $25 | $22 | Shares, relists, offers and follows on Poshmark only |
| eBay Automation | $25 | $22 | Recreates and offers on eBay only |
| Full Automation | $39.99 | $35.99 | All automation across Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop |
| Crosslisting Plus | $39.99 | $35.99 | Up to 1,500 active items |
| Crosslisting Pro | $59.99 | $53.99 | More than 1,500 active items |

Smart Credits pay for AI features. Plus tiers of Crosslisting and Bundle include 500 credits a month and Pro tiers 1,000. An AI listing generation costs 1 credit, bulk crosslisting 1 credit per item, and advanced image edits 5 credits per photo. Automation plans come without Smart Credits or the AI features they pay for. Monthly credits reset on your billing date and unused monthly credits do not roll over; they are allocated monthly even on a yearly plan. Extra packs cost $5 for 200 credits and expire after 90 days. When credits run out, AI features stop until renewal or a purchase, while manual listing keeps working.
Ask Otto comes with a free monthly allowance on every paid plan. On Crosslisting and Bundle plans, use beyond that allowance draws Smart Credits based on conversation length; on Automation plans, Otto pauses until the allowance resets the following month.
On Plus, going over 1,500 active items triggers an email and a 7-day window to upgrade or trim inventory; after that, the Inventory Manager is locked until you upgrade.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment details are required at setup, you are not charged during the trial, and the paid subscription begins automatically when it ends. On Crosslisting and Bundle trials you can create up to 100 new listings and use up to 50 Smart Credits.
Cancellation is done from the customer portal. Nifty does not give partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle; the subscription stays active until the end of the current period. Canceling does not touch your listings on the marketplaces, and your data is still there if you sign up again. There is no pause option, but you can cancel and resubscribe later.
The main trade-off between the Nifty crosslister and other crosslisting apps is marketplace coverage versus built-in automation. Nifty covers six marketplaces and adds cloud bots and sales analytics.
Nifty says it designs its automation to follow platform rules and operate only at approved rates. Its footer states that the app is not endorsed or certified by Poshmark, and it makes the same statement for eBay and the other marketplaces. Under the terms, you are responsible for reviewing each marketplace's terms and for deciding whether Nifty's services are acceptable under them. Nifty also lists free CAPTCHA solving among the features of its Poshmark Automation plan.
The terms also require users to be 18 or older, are governed by New York law, and send disputes to binding individual arbitration unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of first becoming subject to that agreement.
Yes. Nifty says it was originally known as Auto Posher and changed its name in 2025 because it now covers more than Poshmark automation.
Signing up is free, but the plans on the pricing page are paid. Each one comes with a 7-day free trial that needs payment details and converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel during the trial.
No. Nifty runs in the cloud, so shares, relists and offers continue after you close the browser. The Chrome extension is only used to make the first connection.
Not at present. Facebook Marketplace, Vinted and Shopify are not currently supported; supported marketplaces are Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy and Whatnot.
There is no native app in the App Store or Google Play. The web app is optimized for phones and tablets and can be added to the home screen.
