MovArt is a browser-based AI video generator that puts several third-party video and image models behind one credit balance, next to a menu of one-click photo effects and a few editing tools. The homepage pitches it as an all-in-one AI video generator for effortless video and image creation, under the line "One prompt, cinematic motion."
MovArt is an aggregator, not a model developer. Its homepage says the service gives direct access to Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Wan 2.7, Kling, Hailuo and Seedance from a single workspace. The model pages name the makers themselves: Wan 3.0 is described as Alibaba's flagship video model that MovArt brings to the browser, Happy Horse as Alibaba's next-generation video model family, and Seedance 2.0 as coming from ByteDance. None of these pages claims an official partnership, and the Gemini Omni page says it is framed as a creative workspace without presenting it as an official Google Flow integration.
Two facts shape most decisions about the service:
Each model page opens the same generator with that model preselected, so the practical difference between models shows up mostly in the credit figure on the generate button (see Pricing). The Wan 3.0 page gives the most specific limits of any model page: it describes a single continuous shot of up to 30 seconds, prompt-only or first-and-last-frame control, and a fast 480p draft tier before a 1080p final render.
The Image AI menu offers Text to Image and Image to Image entries plus pages for Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2; a GPT Image 2 page sits in the model strip. The Nano Banana Pro page describes text-to-image and image-to-image work, photorealistic 4K output, and up to 5 reference images for style control, product variations and image transformations.
The homepage groups its AI video generator use cases by industry, and the effect pages add more. All are vendor descriptions, not documented customer cases:

Its "Unlimited Relax Generation" covers Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana as credit-free, lower-priority generations, listed as "365 Unlimited" on the yearly view. Both paid cards list all AI models (Veo, Sora, Seedance, Wan, Nano Banana, GPT Image 2), 8+ effects and tools, Fast Generation Mode, Private Creation, no watermarks and full commercial use.

The duration and resolution behind each default sit in a collapsed settings panel that the served pages do not show, so these are starting figures rather than a fixed price list. They also sit uneasily with the plan estimates: 2,400 Lite credits for "up to 240 videos" works out to 10 credits per video, while most default video figures above run from 80 to 160 credits.
Effects and tools show a separate Required Credits figure: 3 for AI Clothes Remover and AI Breast Expansion, 6 for Face Swap and Background Remover, and 15 for AI Bikini Generator, AI Kissing and AI Twerk Video Generator. The Clothes Remover page says credits are only charged when a render succeeds, so a failed job does not cost anything.
Two routes point to alternatives. A third-party software directory's alternatives page for MovArt names Nano-Banana io, NanoBanana.org and Pollo.ai as its top competitors, describing Pollo.ai as an AI video generator; the two Nano Banana sites are image tools, so they overlap mainly with MovArt's image side. MovArt's own homepage benchmarks itself against Runway, Pika and InVideo, saying professional editors tested it against them and that MovArt wins on temporal coherence, prompt fidelity and motion realism; that comparison is a vendor claim with no published method on the page.
These statements cannot all hold at once, and the pages give no single rule for which one applies.
Kling, Hailuo and Sora 2 appear in the homepage copy and in its how-it-works step, and the paid plans list Sora among all AI models. None of the three has a model page in the menus or the model strip checked this round.
The Clothes Remover page says the effect is meant for editorial and design work on photos you have permission to edit, is not a tool for non-consensual imagery of real people, and that the terms of service prohibit that use. The Breast Expansion page carries a similar statement and asks users to make sure they have permission to edit a photo. The Terms of Service page checked this round lists four prohibited activities: violating applicable law, restricting others' use of the service, unauthorized access, and distributing malware. It does not mention non-consensual imagery, intimate images or photos of other people, and no age requirement was found in the pages checked.
In the review platforms, software directories, news searches and community searches run this round, no independent review, media report or user rating with a usable sample was found for MovArt.
There is a Free plan at $0, but the pages describe it differently. The pricing page gives sign-up gift credits plus daily check-in credits, with watermarked images and video preview only, no downloads. The homepage says you can try it free without signup.
The pricing FAQ says content generated on a paid subscription can be used for commercial purposes and that you retain full ownership. It also says free tier content may have usage restrictions, without listing them.
The privacy policy and terms do not say. The terms do grant MovArt a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and distribute submitted content.
