The AI Builder credits in these plans are described as a one-time gift, not a monthly allowance. The domain is free for the first year, and mailboxes are free for one year. Pages disagree on two details: the AI website builder FAQ calls the $3.99 tier "Business" while the plan card calls it "Unlimited", and the free domain is described both as included with yearly plans and as available for plans of 12 months or longer.

The pricing page's structured data also lists Cloud Professional at 15.99 USD and Cloud Enterprise at 29.99 USD, without the term length or renewal rate. The Agency Startup plan shows $29/mo for a 24-month term against a listed $69, renewing at $49/mo.

The Agent page shows "Renews at $8.99/mo" next to the plan button without saying which term it applies to, and states that prices exclude applicable taxes.

Refunds follow a 30-day window: products may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction, and that date includes the date a renewal is processed. Hosting plans fall under the standard terms, except the first payment after a free trial and all VPS plans. A Horizons plan is refundable within 30 days only if fewer than 30 messages or prompts were used.
