Arcads creates AI video ads and images in a workspace combining models, AI actors, workflows and an agent. Inputs include scripts, product images and prompts; tools share one credit balance.
Arcads is developed by FRESHR, a French company registered in Rouen. It advertises over 1,000 actors and custom avatars. The company says library actors consented and are paid for their likeness; customers supplying other people’s images or voices have separate authorization obligations.
Mark chat turns cost credits by token usage; generations use normal tool credits. Studio offers direct controls, while Workflows repeats a pipeline.
A workflow connects assets, models and tools on a reusable canvas:
Each node uses its standalone model or tool’s credits. Workflows are included on Creator and above and in the trial; the launch panel displays the total before a run.
A documented workflow example turns one script and product image into 20 UGC videos across ten actors and two languages. It can add captions, translations and resized versions and send results to Google Drive or Dropbox.
AI UGC uses a synthetic presenter in a creator-style ad.
AI Unboxing turns a product image into first-person or creator-style footage in a selected background. Formats include unboxing, product reveals and creator POV shots without shipping to a presenter.
App showcases can use a non-talking actor presenting a screenshot or a talking actor built from an image holding the app. The talking route uses the screenshot to generate a starting image, then video.
Arcads distinguishes AI variations from campaigns needing a real customer’s experience or a creator’s following: AI actors do not post to an audience. Its proposed use of Replace Actor or Translate Video on creator footage requires the creator’s permission.
Arcads uses a monthly credit pool shared by its models and tools. The public pricing guide lists these standard allowances, as captured on October 28, 2026:
| Plan | Credits per month | At the credit limit | Unused credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 8,000 | Generation stops; upgrade offer opens | Reset each cycle |
| Creator | 16,000 | Generation stops; upgrade offer opens | Reset each cycle |
| Pro | 48,000 | Extra usage billed on the next invoice | Roll over |
| Scale | 96,000 | Extra usage billed on the next invoice | Roll over |
| Business | 192,000 | Extra usage billed on the next invoice | Roll over |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom |
The guide puts monetary prices in the app and lists monthly or yearly billing, with 20% off yearly. It warns that accounts may use different rates or plan sizes. These allowances are not a monetary quote.
Every plan includes all models up to 4K, Mark and MCP. Creator adds Workflows, background removal and AI captions. Pro adds the public API, team seats, custom actors, ElevenLabs voices, free voice cloning and image upscaling, plus Slack and calls with the team.
As captured on October 28, 2026, a banner advertises seven days of unlimited Seedance 2.5 generation in Studio for subscribing before the offer ends, subject to fair use. This model-specific promotion is distinct from the 72-hour trial.
The terms define promotional “unlimited” as avoiding consumption of subscription credits, using a separate allowance. “Unlimited” does not promise speed, priority or concurrency; offer conditions set surfaces, resolution and duration. Workflows, the agent, API and MCP consume normal credits outside the specified promotional surfaces. Fair-use rules allow proportionate delays or restrictions without prior notice for automated, excessive or disruptive use, with support review available.
Unless offer conditions override them, promotions allow one grant per client and cannot stack with discounts. Promotional credits expire, cannot transfer, roll over, be refunded or carry into an upgrade. Subscription refunds may deduct consumed promotional value at the app’s credit price. Offers may change or end without subscription compensation; already granted usage periods remain protected except for prohibited conduct. Normal credit charges resume afterward.
The pricing guide lists Arcads 1.0 at 800 credits for up to two minutes, and Audio-Driven or OmniHuman 1.5 at 800 per started minute. A custom actor is 1,600 once; a voice clone is 80, free on Pro and above. An eight-second Veo 3.1 clip costs 800; translation costs 240 per started thirty seconds per language.
Paid plans include up to 100 free standard-resolution images per rolling 24 hours, then typically 8–32 credits per image. Trial daily free images are excluded. Trim, Stitch, Merge Layers, Resize, Text Overlay and Change Voice are listed at zero credits; their source generation has its own cost.
An earlier credit breakdown, captured on October 28, 2026, listed Arcads 1.0 at 800 per minute per actor, with upward rounding, and Animate Actor and Replace Actor at 800 each. The current pricing guide lists Arcads 1.0 at 800 for up to two minutes and Animate Actor or Replace Actor at 500 each. The guide says the Generate button shows each account’s applicable charge.
Upgrades charge the new plan immediately, add its credits and reset the billing date. Daily, weekly or monthly spending limits stop generation when reached. The pricing guide describes uncapped, non-expiring rollover for Pro, Scale and Business; the credit-purchase article conditions accumulation on an active subscription. The help cancellation description loses unused credits at cycle end.
The trial includes 1,000 generation credits and runs exactly 72 hours from completed sign-up. A required card is saved with a verification hold, without a trial charge. Studio, Workflows and the agent are unlocked. Cancellation ends access immediately; otherwise Starter is charged automatically after the trial.
Using all 1,000 credits early brings up paid-plan selection. Choosing Starter, Creator or Pro then charges the saved card, even before the trial clock expires. The trial FAQ says cancellation preserves the account, projects and custom actors for later reactivation with the same email login. A reminder email is described as arriving 24 hours before the scheduled trial end.
The FAQ describes Settings, Billing, Manage subscription cancellation at cycle end, or support for custom plans. The terms separately require notice through workspace support no later than 72 hours before the current period ends, and downloading videos to keep before access ends. These are different published procedures and deadlines.
The policy makes thirty days from the charge or affected generation a firm outer request limit, without exceptions. Approved cash refunds typically return to the original payment method in five to ten business days; that processing period starts after approval.
The terms grant a worldwide, nonexclusive, personal, nontransferable video license, subject to supplied elements and restrictions, including commercial distribution and exhibition. Exclusivity is not guaranteed. Permitted edits are limited to cropping, music, text, subtitles, emoji, B-roll, GIFs, sound effects, format changes and the customer’s name or logo; other modifications require written approval.
Catalog Video Model provisions prohibit prejudice to the creator’s dignity, integrity and moral rights, and cloning or modifying their image or voice. Creators can restrict fields or uses. This additional set explicitly excludes Client Video- and Prompt-created videos; general restrictions still apply.
A creator withdrawal may require deleting affected videos everywhere within the requested time. For breach of the applicable Video Model license, the terms provide thirty calendar days from written notification to remedy and regularize; failing that, a €500,000 indemnity per breach applies, without prejudice to additional damages. Delayed deletion after withdrawal carries €100 per day. These are conditional contractual provisions, not a standard usage fee.
Customer scripts, prompts, videos and integrated elements remain customer property. The customer nevertheless grants FRESHR a free worldwide license including AI-model training to improve its services and promotion of the service.
The self-cloning article also advertises unnamed recognizable US personalities being turned into talking actors; that passage does not identify them or state their authorization status.
The customer warrants necessary rights when a video features or includes the voice of a celebrity or minor, and must obtain personality-right authorizations for people in uploaded videos covering both customer and FRESHR uses. The person’s limitations must be respected and protective measures may not be bypassed. Cloning availability does not establish consent.
The privacy policy describes client personal-data processing under the GDPR and French law. Categories include identity, professional, order, login, browsing, location, support-call, financial and card data.
For account services, personal data lasts for the account and connection logs for ten weeks. After two inactive years, an account is deleted if no response arrives to a reactivation email; data may additionally be archived for evidentiary purposes for five years. The policy states AWS hosting in the EU but permits transfers outside it through processors and integrations under stated GDPR safeguards. Processors include AI, lip-sync and voice providers.
Optional Google Drive and Dropbox data is excluded from sale, advertising and generalized AI/ML model development, improvement or training. Those exclusions cover integration data, not all supplied prompts and uploads.
TikTok for Business metrics are cached for up to two minutes without database storage, while imported ads can be analyzed by AI providers. Each video upload needs specific approval. The integration does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, ad groups or ads, or change budgets/billing. Disconnection deletes the token and stops access; imports remain until deleted or workspace deletion, and uploaded videos remain on TikTok.
The documented offer is a card-required 72-hour trial with 1,000 credits, converting to Starter unless cancelled.
No. Arcads prohibits presenting a synthetic actor as a real or verified customer.
No. Rollover, subscription cash refunds and restored credits for generation errors have separate conditions.
