A2E is an all-in-one AI video and image creation platform built to produce content without cameras, microphones, or actors, and the same engine is sold to developers as an API and an MCP server.
The official tool list covers Image-to-Video, AI Face Swap and Head Swap, AI Avatars, Voice Clone, Talking Photo, Lip Sync, Text-to-Image, Image Editor, Cloth Swap and Add Audio To Video. For image to video, A2E works as an aggregator that lets you run Kling, Wan, Seedance, HappyHorse, Veo and Sora 2 models from one account instead of subscribing to each service.
Three points matter first:
Each third-party engine carries its own credit rate, so the same clip length can cost very different amounts depending on which model you pick, and quality follows the underlying engine rather than a single A2E model.
Video head swap is where the pages disagree: the app upload form accepts video, while an FAQ answer on the marketing site still says video head swap is not available yet and that the tool focuses on photo-to-photo swaps.
The voice clone tool builds custom voices from your own recordings using engines from MiniMax, ElevenLabs and Cartesia. A voice match can be generated by reading a short script of about 8–60 seconds, after which the cloned voice feeds text-to-speech, talking photos and avatar videos. The homepage phrases the feature more broadly as "Clone any voice of any one", while the Terms of Use require consent for any media that depicts other people.
The app lists Wan 2.7 Spicy and Wan 2.2 Spicy as separate image-to-video models. Their pages describe them as uncensored, unrestricted modes that create AI videos from one image with fewer creative constraints than standard Wan models, mark them "Paid User Only", and add that applicable laws, consent, rights and platform safety rules still apply.

Every step spends credits at the rates on the pricing page, and generated files are deleted automatically after a retention period (see Limitations); the Terms place the job of downloading results before deletion on the user and disclaim responsibility for lost content.

Uptime figures are inconsistent across official pages: the homepage advertises a 99.99% SLA, the API page cites 99.9% and 99.99% SLA in different blocks, and the pricing FAQ says the recent SLA is about 99.6%. Support runs through a Discord community and email; the pricing FAQ adds that customer support sits in San Francisco and Korea and that API emails are usually answered within 1 business day.

The same page's comparison table lists Pro at $19.9 one-time and Ultra at $79.9 one-time, and the pricing FAQ says a Pro subscription yields up to 3,600 credits a month (1,800 instant plus 60 per day for 30 days) rather than 3,300. Separately, the API page says the full API set starts from $9.9 per month on the Pro plan. The in-app pricing page captured on September 26, 2026 showed the $14.9 and $59.9 card prices.

Refund terms differ between pages. The refund policy says A2E generally does not accept refunds based on dissatisfaction with quality or output, allows accidental-purchase requests within 7 days of purchase by email with proof of payment, and pro-rates partially used plans at the undiscounted monthly rate. The pricing FAQ instead says purchases are not refunded and that duplicate orders must be reported within 72 hours.
